- My situation is similar, but I haven't waited on hold long enough to
- get through to anyone. I ordered my chip in early November. I sent
- E-mail a week ago and have gotten no reply.I have bought USR modems
- and recommended USR modems for 6 years. I'm getting very close to the
- end of the line with USR. Their service sucks.
